How does leasing work?

A company or an organization, rather than hiring people to work for them directly, will contact OI Group and ask us to hire people and send them to the company/organization. Sometimes the company/organization will recommend individuals to be hired – particularly if the company/organization chooses to lease their entire existing workforce. It becomes a "win- win" situation.

The relationship ensures that the day-to-day activities of our leased employees meet your day to day needs (client), while we, (OI) as the employer assume the employer-related human resource responsibilities.
